We started down the river and made it past the Lizardfolk village fine. We then encountered acidic oozes, after discovering they were impervious to most attacks we elected for a strategic retreat. We made it slightly further up the river only to be ambushed at night by some Frogfolk. Xeno turned him and Magpie into dragons setting them off on a murderous rampage. A rampage that somehow culminated Magpie creating a volcano in the burning remains of the Frogfolk village, tragically taking his own life in the process. We can’t yet predict the consequences of this catastrophe on the flow of the river.
